REFLECTION TO GUIDE MEDICAL
STUDENTS’ SELF-INTROSPECTION
AND DEVELOPMENT:
A QUALITATIVE REPORT
Research shows that by improving self awareness, we can be a better person. Therefore, we embedded the self-reflection exercises in our classes since 2017. See the report in 2018 study here.
SOCIAL INNOVATOR BOOT CAMP
Before pandemic, all students from all social innovation courses gathered in a 3-days boot camp to learn from the field while creating bonding among their peers.
CLASS MENTORING
Students are gathered in small groups to probe and define problems, and implement ideas to solve the problems. We encourage students to be curious, critical, and practical to ensure that they create social value to the society.
